​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If a customer fails to pick up their order, a delivery charge of 100 INR will be applied, as the company incurs a loss on the delivery charges paid on behalf of the customer. Failure to pay this charge will result in an online complaint being registered against them.

The 250 INR delivery charge will be billed to customers who do not collect their orders, as Zorootaku bears these costs upfront. If the charge is not paid, an online complaint will be filed.
